Anxiety can feel overwhelming, especially during the pre-teen and teen years when emotions run high and pressures grow. Our Anxiety Kit is designed by an Occupational Therapist to help older children and teens better understand their anxiety and learn real, effective ways to manage it.

What’s inside:

  • A 30-page “How to Manage Your Worries” Activity Book filled with creative, age-appropriate exercises that help teens explore their thoughts, feelings, and calming strategies in a fun and non-intimidating way

  • A 42-page Anxiety Journal, tailored specifically for older children and teens, covering essential topics such as:

    • What causes anxiety

    • How the body responds to worry

    • Healthy vs. unhealthy responses to stress

    • The powerful Anxiety Iceberg visual

    • Introduction to CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) techniques
