LittleStrides provides family-centered paediatric occupational therapy on the Gold Coast. We help children thrive at home, in school, and in the community.
Hi, I’m Sarah. I founded LittleStrides in 2024 with a heartfelt vision: to offer high-quality, family-centered therapy services for children across the Gold Coast. After graduating as an Occupational Therapist in 2019, I discovered my passion for paediatrics through both professional experience and my own journey as a parent. Raising a neurodivergent child and navigating the NDIS gave me deep insight into the challenges families face—and the difference the right supports can make.
We base our approach on evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development. Our training includes DIR® Floortime, Primitive Reflex Integration, and Sensory Regulation & Behaviour. We specialize in supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and developmental needs. Every therapy plan is engaging, respectful, and tailored to your child’s unique strengths.
We deliver therapy across the Gold Coast—at home, in classrooms, and in community settings—so children practice skills in real-life environments.
We support families using the NDIS by helping you navigate funding, set goals, and coordinate services for consistent, meaningful care.
